We’re a few hours away from Hollywood’s biggest night. Are you excited? Little golden men will be handed out to the previous year’s finest cinematic achievements. We’ll cheer, we’ll throw tantrums, we’ll be mesmerized, laugh and maybe cry a little. I can’t wait.

Good picks. I’ll have mine up soon as well! I still think Ang Lee will walk away with Best Director. The Academy doesn’t like Spielberg enough lol

I could see that happening but what do you mean the Academy doesn’t like him enough. They adore him!

I sense some huge Silver Linings love here. I just wasn’t as crazy about the film as the masses. And while Cooper was strong, I really didn’t see his performance as amazing as what DDL did. I agree Lawrence will win for it but I prefer Riva after finally seeing Amour talk about a commuted and crushing performance. Great call on Deakins! I mean when will they give the guy some love!!! Good stuff bro! Bring on tomorrow night!!!

Yes, definitely a lot of love for SLP. I was completely mesmerized by Cooper and I’d be thrilled to see him win. That doesn’t mean I’m not also rooting for DDL, who’s my favorite living actor.

Man I hope Bobby pulls a shock and wins his award 🙂

That’d be nice to see.

Man, I hope Christoph Waltz wins Best Supporting Actor. He blew my away. I liked Tommy Lee Jones, but I liked Waltz more.

I liked him too but I thought he was too similar to Hans Landa.

I can sort of see that, but that doesn’t change my mind. 😀 I won’t be too sad if Jones wins.

And I wouldn’t be too sad if Waltz won. It may be too similar but he’s still pretty awesome.

Strong picks mate, I think it’d be pretty deserving if these came off. Not long to wait now although I’ll have to pick up highlights here, there’s no way I can stay up all night with work the next day!

Aw, well hope you still get a little bit of the ceremony.

This is a seriously great list, if I mentioned all of the places I agree with you it’d take up too much space for a comment, lol.
